Terms & conditions

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use our website and request a valuation. Please read them carefully. By using the site, you agree to them.

About us

This website is run by Cars 4 Dealers Ltd, trading as Cars4Dealers, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17273763, with its registered office at 100 Liverpool Road, Cadishead, Manchester, M44 5AN. You can contact us at sales@cars4dealers.co.uk.

Valuations

  • Our valuations are free and there is no obligation to sell.
  • A valuation is an indication of what your car may be worth, based on the information you give us and current market conditions. It is not a binding offer.
  • Any final offer is subject to an inspection of the car and checks on its history, mileage, ownership and outstanding finance. The final price may differ from the valuation if the car or its history is not as described.
  • Valuations and offers are valid for a limited time because the market changes. We will tell you how long an offer is valid for when we make it.

Your responsibilities

When you ask us to value or buy your car, you confirm that:

  • The information you give us is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
  • You are the registered keeper of the car, or are authorised to sell it.
  • You have told us about any outstanding finance, accident damage, write-off history or known faults.
  • You are at least 18 years old.

Selling your car

If you accept an offer, the sale will be covered by a separate written agreement setting out the price, payment, collection and any conditions. If there is any conflict between that agreement and these terms, the sale agreement applies.

If your car has outstanding finance, it must be settled before or at the point of sale. We may settle it directly with the finance company and deduct the amount from the price.

  • You must not misuse the site, for example by introducing viruses, attempting unauthorised access or submitting false enquiries.
  • We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.
